Wandsworth Borough Council and the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames tendered a contract for removals and storage services. The winning contractor will undertake routine removals of residents' possessions from one home to another, which may sometimes include an element of storage in circumstances where it is felt that the councils have an obligation to provide the necessary assistance.
