This is a call to competition by AN POST for The Provision of Web and App Minor Change Development, Maintenance and Support Services for An Post.com (the “Contract”). AnPost.com is the central digital platform for An Post, providing services such as Track and Trace, Customs Payments, My Account, Click and Post, Online Shop, and Financial Service applications such as Credit Cards and Loans. Our companion app for AnPost.com features core track and trace functionality alongside Digital Stamps. Both the website and app enjoy significant scale and are core elements of the companies DigiCorp strategy which seeks to increase the volume of revenue derived from Digital channels. The Digital Team ensures continuous innovation, maintenance, and optimization across AnPost.com and the AnPost.com App. This PQQ seeks to resource that activity. An Post is seeking a strategic partner to facilitate BAU type changes on AnPost.com and on the AnPost.com App. The Contract, the subject of this competition is a Contract for three (3) years with an option for one or more extensions by up to four (4) years, at AN POST’s discretion, up to a maximum duration of seven (7) years subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
