ABANDONED COMPETITION In accordance with Regulation 33 (9) Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011 we advise you that we no longer intend to continue with this competitive procurement process commenced by the OJEU Notice dispatched on 10 April 2020 under reference 2020/S 072-173692 for the above Contract for the following reasons. It has come to the Authority's attention during the ITT process via clarification questions, that there are issues with obsolescence for specific items in the Authority's requirement. The Authority is currently unable to provide the information required by all tenderers to allow responses to the ITT in relation to these obsolescence issues. The Authority would also not be able to complete a full technical evaluation on obsolete items in the requirement. The Authority will be reviewing future procurement options.
