Description

Provision of Exhibition Development, Build, Setworks, and Audio Visual and Fitout for Irish Pavilion at EXPO Osaka 2025. The initial contract will be for the Ireland Pavilion at the World Expo, Osaka which runs from 13 April 2025 to 13 October 2025. The duration of the initial requirement will be until completion to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority. Working closely with the Ireland’s EXPO Osaka Creative Team (‘the Creative Team’) and the contracted Exhibition Designer, the successful tenderer will be tasked with delivering all required goods/material elements and related fit-out for the Ireland Pavilion, realising the overall exhibition design and visitor experience according to the Detailed Specification of Requirements. All tender submissions must be submitted via a ZIP file
