Seasonal Entertainment at Medina Theatre, Isle of Wight

The Isle of Wight Council ("the Authority") invites Quotes from suitably qualified suppliers ("Potential Suppliers") for the provision of seasonal entertainment at Medina Theatre. Medina Theatre is a community facility located in Newport and managed by the staff at Medina Leisure Centre providing a facility for both community hires and in-house events. It has a separate licensed bar and an auditorium seating up to 425 patrons (including 6 wheelchair spaces). The Contract is to secure a provider of the annual Pantomime which consists of between 8 and 10 performances between 18th December and 3rd January (dependant on IOW Christmas school holiday period). The term of the contract shall be 03 May 2021 until 02 May 2024 with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years at the sole discretion of the Authority.
