Description

Strand Municipality will enter into a 2-year framework agreement, with an option for 1 + 1 year for plumbing services and plumbing material. The framework agreement also includes annual service on the sprinkler installations in municipal buildings. The framework agreement shall cover services on/in municipal buildings/sites that are connected to: — repairs — maintenance — improvements — minor alterations — sprinkler system. The value of the service can vary from year to year, however, the value in recent years has been approx. NOK 2.2 million, including materials. The total contract value, including options, is estimated to be approx. NOK 8.8 million. The value is a guideline and is not binding for the municipality, nor does it give the tenderer any rights. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain tenders from several tenderers for larger jobs, including assignments with a value exceeding NOK 100 000 excluding VAT. The contracting authority reserves the right to use other suppliers for minor supplementary procurements when appropriate. Strand municipality will assess whether material will be part of each assignment under the framework agreement.
