FC have a requirement to service, repair and maintain, through a number of services, the variety of built estates across Scotland. The tender will be split into Lots for each service: — fire engineering installations, — heating and ventilation installations, — biomass, — water hygiene and testing, — borehole, — asbestos surveys, — septic tank emptying, — refrigeration and air conditioning, — asbestos removal and demolition. Tenderers may bid and be awarded all Lots, excepting Lot 7 (Asbestos Surveys) and Lot 10 (Asbestos Removal) which cannot be awarded to the same Contractor.
