EST WORKS - Window Upgrade Works at Connolly Hospital Campus

Description

Works to three separate units (Woodland/ Silverbirch/Connolly) of existing Hospital campus. Works to be sequenced as follows: 1. Woodlands Unit: Selected window and external door replacements to South elevation at ground floor level. 2. Silverbirch Unit: Selected window and external door replacements on four elevations at ground floor level including connection/adjustments to existing access control and fire alarm systems. Other works to include removal and blocking up of selected existing window openings. 3. Connolly Unit: Selected window/rooflights/external door replacements on four elevations over three floor levels including connection/adjustments to existing access control and fire alarm systems. Other works to include blocking up/widening of existing doors and installation of security type windows/security bars/shutters to existing Pharmacy Dept. at Connolly Hospital Campus.
