Renewal of Cisco Email Security Appliance Subscription features

The OGCIO IT Service Delivery Unit uses a number of Cisco ESA appliances for mail filtering. A number ESA feature keys are due to expire in December, 2019. We are still finalizing final renewal figure however tenderers are invited to submit tenders for the renewal of a notional 2700 licences for features below where applicable (Some features are perpetual) for both one (1) year (12 months) and three (3) years (36 months). On foot of this either a 1 year or 3 year subscription renewal will be placed depending on Budgetary constraints. The evaluation will be based on the total sum of both the one year and three year proposal, however only one will ultimately be chosen. The figure of 2700 will be used for the cost evaluation however the final figure may differ from this.
