The City of London Corporation (the City) invited Tenders for provision of a communications service provider to support multiple capital works projects on the Golden Lane Estate. The contract will ensure effective, timely, and sensitive communication and community engagement across a range of refurbishment projects. The Golden Lane Estate is a historically significant post-war housing estate – its buildings are Grade II and II* listed (with Crescent House being Grade II*). The estate comprises a diverse residential community (approximately 50% social housing tenants and 50% leaseholders), alongside some local businesses and community facilities.
