This Framework is being set up to ensure EEM members have access to competent roofing contractors to undertake responsive Roofing Repairs, Asphalt Flooring works and general works associated with repairs for planned programmes and Ad-hoc repairs that arise, to support the maintenance of their housing stock, offices and other buildings maintained by the Contracting Authority. The main elements covered by this Framework will be, labour and materials to carry out: — Roofing Repairs to felt, slate and tiled roofs; — Adhoc Complete Roofing Replacements (Where necessary Only); — Asphalt Flooring works; — General works associated with the above. The Contractor will be required to carry out all of the works to a range of property types including, but not limited to, domestic housing stock, high rise and low rise flats, office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation and schools. This Framework is being set up to ensure EEM members located in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire have access to competent Roofing contractors, who can undertake responsive Roofing Repairs, Asphalt Flooring works and general works associated with repairs for planned programmes and Adhoc repairs that arise. The main elements covered by this framework will be, labour and materials to carry out: — Roofing Repairs — to felt, slate and tiled roofs; — Adhoc Complete Roofing Replacements (Where necessary Only); — Asphalt Flooring works; — General works associated with the above. The Contractor will be required to carry out all of the works to a range of property types including, but not limited to, domestic housing stock, high rise and low rise flats, office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation and schools.
