Phase 1B - Refurbishment Works at 10 Woodcock Street

Aston University has awarded a contract for Phase 1B Refurbishment Works at 10 Woodcock Street, Birmingham (B7 4BL). The works involve refurbishment of the partial Ground Floor, the Third Floor, and the upgrade of Staircores 2, 4 and 5 of the building. The project was procured through a Further Competition under the Pagabo National Framework for Refit and Refurbishment Solutions, and the contract has been awarded to Willmott Dixon Interiors Ltd. The awarded contract value is £7,343,161.39. Lot 1: Design and Build refurbishment works at 10 Woodcock Street, Birmingham (B7 4BL). Scope includes refurbishment of the partial Ground Floor and Third Floor, plus upgrades to Staircores 2, 4 and 5. Works cover internal alterations, services modifications, finishes and commissioning.
