In accordance with RU-SMS-014, the introduction of the B2 cars is deemed to be a ‘Significant’ change and therefore IÉ wishes to appoint an AsBo to undertake an independent assessment of the suitability, correct application and results of the risk management process applied by IÉ to the B2 cars.
