Visual Impairment - Early Market engagement

Description

Cheshire West and Chester Council is undertaking early market engagement to better understand available delivery models for Visual Impairment (VI) equipment provision. The Council currently provides low-level, preventative VI equipment to support independence, reduce escalation of need, and contribute to the prevention of ongoing care and support requirements. This engagement exercise is intended to test market appetite, understand potential models for delivery, and gather indicative cost information. It will inform an internal options appraisal and does not commit the Council to any future procurement, specification, or funding model.
