Public Relations and Communication Services for NMBI

Description

The NMBI Communications team wishes to engage the services of a suitably qualified service provider to provice Public Relations and Communications services. The PR/ Communications service provider will be required to have: · Specialist knowledge and expertise to increase visibility and support NMBI to engage with our audience · Expertise in crisis communications to build or protect our reputation · Experience in provision of social media content, analytics and reporting · Capacity to provide communications support to NMBI, as required · Ability to track metrics such samedia mentions, sentiment, reach, and engagement, to understand the ROI of our PR/ communications activities.
