Supply of Gear Sensors to an Bord Iascaigh Mhara

As lower impact gears are implemented at fleet level, systems are needed to help vessel owners optimise performance and efficiency of their gear. In the past, BIM provided an advisory service to skippers by accompanying them at sea with a set of gear sensors. Gear sensor technology has developed considerably in recent times both in terms of the operational data that can be captured, and ability to link in remotely for provision of technical support. BIM wishes to acquire a new set of gear sensors which we can loan to skippers and link in to remotely to help optimise their lower impact gears. BIM invites proposals to supply these products. BIM requires a service provider to provide one set of gear sensors. Requirements of the gear sensors should (but not limited to) section 4 of published RFT document.
