Provision of Unpaid Work individual placements under CPOs. Lot 1: Community Payback Orders are a sentencing option for court. One element of these is unpaid work requirements where a person is required to payback a set number of hours to their community. East Ayrshire Council requires that services purchased from external provider be of a consistently high standard and the following service specification must be met by providers who wish to contract a community based support service for individuals in East Ayrshire, where they have been involved with East Ayrshire Justice Social Work Services (EAJSWS) and been placed on a Community Payback Order (CPO).
