Description

This contract provides DVLA employees with a range of managed employee benefits, including: - An Employee Benefits Platform and app; - Employee Discounts and cashback; - A Reward and Recognition scheme; - A Cycle to Work Scheme (available as a Salary Sacrifice); - Discounted Gym Memberships; - A Childcare Voucher Scheme (available as a Salary Sacrifice); - A Payroll Giving Scheme; This contract was awarded following a mini-competition under Crown Commercial Services Employee Benefits and Services Framework agreement RM6273. It has an initial term of 3 years, from 01 October 2025 to 30 September 2028, with an option to extend for a further 12 months (+1). The advertised maximum contract value includes spend incurred by DVLA employees (either via. direct purchase on the employee benefits platform or through schemes, such as salary sacrifice or net pay deduction, whereby spend is incurred through DVLA accounts and reclaimed by DVLA via. payroll deduction), as well as management fees and likely DVLA expenditure on the reward and recognition scheme. Actual spend will be largely determined by employee use of the benefits available to them under this contract. Additional information: The contract value to the Agency for the full duration of the contract including the extension period is £198,435.90 and is inclusive of management fees and DVLA expenditure on the contract. However, the ceiling value includes spend incurred by DVLA employees. Either via direct purchases of retail vouchers, or through salary sacrifice or net pay deductions schemes, whereby spend is initially incurred through DVLA accounts and then reclaimed via DVLA payroll deductions. Actual spend will be determined by employee usage of the benefits available to them under this contract.
