AO 10714 — Audit and Consultancy in the Domain of Long-term Digital Preservation

Description

The subject of this framework contract is the provision of: • audit and consultancy services regarding policy, procedures and governance in the domain of long-term digital preservation; and • consultancy services regarding technical aspects of long-term digital preservation. Lot 1: The scope of this framework contract is the provision of audit and consultancy services regarding long-term digital preservation for EU institutions. The successful tenderers will provide the archiving teams of the EU institutions or bodies with the following support regarding policies, procedures and governance: • audit services — by auditing the long-term digital preservation activities in order to ensure the availability, authenticity, integrity and accessibility of archived data over time; • consultancy — by providing guidance and know-how in the technical aspects of long-term digital preservation.
