***THIS ADVERT IS FOR A MARKET ENGAGEMENT EVENT ONLY*** NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU on behalf of NHS Birmingham and Solihull ICB are seeking to run a market engagement event for providers who have the relevant experience and skills to provide a Dementia Support Service. The Aims and Objectives of the Service are to: A single point of access for information and advice about dementia, information about what support is available pre and post-diagnosis, and how to access this support. To improve quality of life for individuals living with dementia and their carers through timely, person-centered support. Develop robust and clear working referral pathway in and out of service The market engagement event will be held virtually, via Microsoft Teams on Friday, February 6th between 10.30am and 11.30pm. Organisations should also complete the short registration form/survey regarding the service. The portal also contains useful information for organisations such as the draft specification, for which the ICB is keen to receive constructive feedback.
