Linking Levisham Business and Blended Finance Model Support

Description

The purpose of this brief is to seek the services of an experienced finance consultant to provide technical support to the project until at least March 2026, but may involve ongoing support through the assurance phase (expected to be until September 2026). This contract will involve - - Providing advice to the Linking Levisham partnership team, with a particular role around questioning/"sense-checking" the team and what they have collated - An integrated 20 year financial model - Draft the Business and Blended Finance Model / Plan - Support the team in preparing a Costing and Justifications document which cross references to the financial model and blended finance plan - Support team to identify private (non-Defra) finance opportunities
