Croydon Council and South West London ICB (Croydon) are working collaboratively to shape an exciting, new future opportunity to develop our three PFI Adult Care Homes for Older People in the borough with a range of needs, including Dementia, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health. There are currently 150 beds with a financial envelope of approximately £7M annually.
