Description

ondon Borough of Waltham Forest (LBWF) established a partnership to conduct a joint procurement exercise with the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO) in relation to this procurement process and contracts being awarded as a result of this procurement. The framework for Permanent, Interim and Recruitment Marketing Solutions will be divided into 3 lots: Lot 1 Interim Recruitment Lot 2 Permanent Recruitment Lot 3 HR Marketing, Advertising and Public Notices The Framework Agreement will cover the period from 9th November 2025 to 10th November 2027, with option to extend for one further period of 24 months (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance). The Framework Agreement will be open to all public sector and other public bodies, such as Local Authorities, Education Establishments, Police Forces, Fire and Rescue Service, NHS Bodies, registered Charities within the UK and central government departments and their agencies that wish to use it. Any Customer described below may utilise the resulting Framework Agreement from the commencement date.
