Vending machines

Description

The aim of this contract is to provide areas to install vending machines for the sale of food products and drinks in the buildings occupied by the European Commission in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Under this concession, the contractor will be responsible for providing all services necessary for the overall management of vending machines that he has provided, in particular: — provision, installation, connection and operational testing of vending machines, — filling vending machines with food and drinks, — regular maintenance of vending machines (checking that they are working correctly, technical maintenance, internal and external cleaning, disinfecting), — call-out, repair, replacement of parts and, where appropriate, faulty vending machines, — disposal of waste resulting from filling (packaging, etc.) and maintenance, — monitoring and inspecting quality, hygiene and safety, — administrative and financial management, — after-sales service,
