Procurement of case/archive system

Description

Våler Municipality is comprised by the Norwegian Archives Act and the Freedom of Information Act. The organisation depends on a well-functioning electronic case and archive system to fulfil our tasks. Våler Municipality requests an adequate case and archive system, and not an archive core with integration to an external case processing system. The system must be a fully developed standard system provided as SaaS. Lot 1: Våler Municipality is comprised by the Norwegian Archives Act and the Freedom of Information Act.
