Description

The contracting authority will use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The purpose of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority's needs for asphalt and asphalt work, for example, for new construction, re-asphalting, repair after digging culverts, or similar. Contract notes: -The contracting authority can go outside of the agreement for turnkey contractors, etc. Lot 1: The contracting authority will use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The purpose of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority's needs for asphalt and asphalt work, for example, for new construction, re-asphalting, repair after digging culverts, or similar. Contract notes: -The contracting authority can go outside of the agreement for turnkey contractors, etc. The contracting authority estimates that procurements will be made for approx. NOK 160 million excluding VAT for this agreement. The volume for each contracting authority will, during the agreement period, depend on various factors. The contracting authority has set an upper limit to this contract in order to ensure continuity in deliveries and an increased predictability for the contracting authority and the chosen tenderer. The upper limit of this framework agreement is set at NOK 175,000,000 excluding VAT.
