The Scottish Governments Homelessness Prevention Team are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider to undertake the administration and associated pre and post-funding activities of the Test And Learn Prevention Pilots fund. Lot 1: Key responsibilities include working with the Scottish Government and the current administrator to develop mechanisms to ensure continuous administration and management of the Fund, distributing funds efficiently, monitoring project progress, supporting capacity building in the sector, developing and refining the funding criteria for the next funding period and evaluating funding applications against agreed criteria. The administrator will also assess project outcomes, provide financial oversight, and contribute to research or cost-modelling exercises through providing reports and insights.
