Description
Supplier to manage day-to-day operations, making sure facilities and amenities are in good working order and ensuring building safety. This could include: • site visits and inspections, • health and safety, fire assessments and asset compliance, • managing repairs, maintenance, and major works • liaising with contractors to keep residents up to date on maintenance. • issuing service charge budgets and accounts • handling customer service enquiries • providing out of hours emergency support Management Agency to manage all named developments with a view to provide efficient and best in class service. The proximity of the schemes should allow for operational efficiencies to be gained across the portfolio. The locations are shown below (not limited too) 1. The Scene 2. Central Parade 3.
