The new clinic and proton building, Radiumhospitalet, RAD, intends to enter into a contract with Tunge Ting AS for the engineering design services for, and delivery and assembly of sculptural concrete elements. Lot 1: The new clinic and proton building, Radiumhospitalet, RAD, intends to enter into a contract for the engineering design services for, and delivery and assembly of sculptural concrete elements. The procurement's value means that the procurement comes under the public procurement regulations (PPR) part III. However we have chosen to make the procurement without a contest. The legal basis for the procedure is the PPR § 13-4 letter b, no. 1, and no. 2) Tunge ting AS has, together with the artists, developed a separate colour concept for sculptures that are to be delivered to Radiumhospitalet. Tunge ting will also design various elements of an artistic nature, and they will also have to design joins and lifting points for the art elements. We are not aware of other actors in the market that take a total responsibility for the engineering design services, delivery, and assembly of such solutions based on input from artists. The deadline for filing an interim court order is 10 days calculated from the publication of this notice. The contracting authority will sign a contract with Tunge ting AS after the deadline expires.
