Description

The objective of this procurement is the provision of event and exhibition organisation (including organisation of the contracting authorities' participation in other events such as fairs), materials and support services. The procedure will be inter-institutional together with the European Commission. The contract shall have a maximum total duration of four years. The contract will be awarded to maximum three contractors in cascade.
