Provision of Holiday School camps

Provision of Holiday School camps Lot 1: Childcare Provisions, located in central Dundee to allow easy access from University of Dundee staff and postgraduate research students. This should cater for at least 10 and up to 30 children aged 5-12 years old (primaries 1 – 7). To cover at least 9am – 5pm each day, Monday to Friday. Ideally with extended hours to cover breakfast/post 5pm Staff should be qualified to work with minors and able to deliver engaging activities (PVG checked member of staff, in attendance at all times). Staff present should also have first-aid qualifications. Provide or able to borrow physical facilities to "host" children. Ability to accommodate children with additional needs (including with carer if provided and needed). Provision of catering is desirable (for varying dietary needs) but not essential. Must have insurance and liability coverage. A key contact for day-to-day business needs to be provided and as well as agreed upon turnaround time for communications. The supplier is also expected to collect feedback from its participants and share this with the University of Dundee.
