Description

Conwy County Borough Council required a Ground Investigation and Structural Survey to be undertaken in Penrhyn Bay. These surveys were required to inform the detailed design of an upgrade to the existing coastal defence and public realm infrastructure in this location. The survey took place both landward and seaward of the seawall, therefore there was an element of tidal working involved.The form of Contract for this Scheme was the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract Option B, June 2017. The works were to be undertaken for the total lump sum provided in the Bill of Quantities.
