Domiciliary Care for harder to reach and rural areas

Description

1.1 The Service Purchaser is contracting the Service Provider to deliver: (i) domiciliary care; and (ii) respite at home to people in need living in harder to reach and rural areas to Individuals who fall into one of the following categories, Older Persons (65 years plus), Younger Adults (18-64 years) with a Physical Disability and/or Sensory Impairment (“Individuals”) and Individuals with Mental Health or Learning Disabilities who are presenting needs. Lot 1: Swansea Council are seeking a Service Provider to deliver: (i) domiciliary care; and (ii) respite at home to people in need living in harder to reach and rural areas. The Service will provide care and support to Individuals who fall into one of the following categories, Older Persons (65 years plus), Younger Adults (18-64 years) with a Physical Disability and/or Sensory Impairment (“Individuals”) and Individuals with Mental Health or Learning Disabilities who are presenting needs
