Description
The predominant usage of this framework will be to undertake works in domestic properties however, the successful Contractors will be expected to also carry out work to commercial properties such as offices, schools, commercial lettings, sheltered schemes and any other building owned and/or managed by our membership. The expectation of EEM is that the established framework will cover their requirements for the provision of a vacant property cleansing, property clearing and garden clearance service. EEM members are predominantly within the East Midlands but not exclusively so and may have requirements in other parts of England and Wales. The consortia is owned by our members which include Housing Associations, ALMO's, Local Authorities and bodies from the wider public sector such as NHS hospitals, Universities and Police Authorities. A full list of current EEM members is available at www.efficiencyem.co.uk Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) invites you to tender for a place on our Void Property Cleaning and Clearing Framework on behalf of our members based within or who have properties in the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire regions. The framework is being set-up to support our membership with the turnaround of vacant properties and the maintenance of communal areas. The main elements covered by the framework are: — Light/medium and heavy/deep property cleans; — Light/medium and heavy/deep property clearances; — Garden clearances; — Ad hoc requirements such as graffiti removal, needle sweeps, pigeon removal, infestation sprays. The predominant usage of this framework will be to undertake works in vacant domestic properties however the successful Contractors will be expected to carry out work to within any building owned and/or managed by our membership. This may include communal areas of residential flats and sheltered schemes or commercial properties within their portfolio. The framework is being set-up to support our membership with the turnaround of vacant properties and the maintenance of communal areas. The main elements covered by the framework are: — Light/medium and heavy/deep property cleans; — Light/medium and heavy/deep property clearances; — Garden clearances; — Ad hoc requirements such as graffiti removal, needle sweeps, pigeon removal, infestation sprays.
