Description

A text messaging solution to communicate with colleagues in the event of an actual or pend-ing disruption. The successful supplier should provide the following services including, but not limited to:  Secure, encrypted method of sending messages  Ability to create multiple groups (at least ten required)  Service available 24 hours, seven days a week  Ideally web-based, with no software to install  Easy to use user interface  Ability to send messages to predefined groups or user defined groups  Confirmation of message delivery  Voice message broadcasting function specific to predefined groups  Telephone support available when required  Secure online address book
