2. Renfrewshire Council (the Council) are seeking to enter into a contract in respect of a suitably qualified, experienced, and competent Consultant to act as Architect, Lead Consultant, and Principal Designer for a programme of works to repair the Steeple Buildings, Steeple Square, Kilbarchan, Renfrewshire PA10 2JD Lot 1: The Council seeks to conduct a below GPA threshold open tender to award this Contract. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on the 25th May 2026 and will expire on the 25th November 2028.
