This software allows NEAS to roster staff and paramedics to shifts. • There is an internal project taking place at NEAS right now, looking at the potential to migrate GRS from ‘On-Premise’ to the SaaS version. Mark Walsh is leading this project. There is an NHS framework agreement which NEAS can use for this. • NEAS ‘Customer Success Manager’ is Nick Cheal, who will deal with your rostering teams on a day to day basis.
