Description

This procurement shall introduce the concept Bus as a Service (BaaS) for Nettbuss AS. This means that the IT services shall be delivered through a distributed architect model with clear interface for delivery and responsibility, built to European specifications and standards as defined by ITxPT (www.itxpt.org). Nettbuss AS has operational, technical and management responsibility for all of their utilised areas, and full responsibility for procurements, installations and operation of necessary equipment. This also means that Nettbuss AS shall carry out operational planning, traffic deviation, traffic monitoring, logging, deviation and preparedness management. Nettbuss needs the agreement and solution to safeguard both operation, support, licenses, system development and adaptations as needed. The procurement comprises four traffic packages (Romerike) with a contract period of 8 years, and the option to extend for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year. Tentative start date for SSA-V and SSA-L is 01.07.2019. SSA-K concerns the purchase of software and equipment that will have a tentative start in September 2018, and duration until the start of SSA-V and SSA-L. Also refer to Annex 11 Progress and milestone plan ITxPT for tentative plan. A more detailed description of the procurement is located in the annex to SSA-K, SSA-V and SSA-L. It is also very important that Tenderers read and become very familiar with Ruter's Annexes that are referred to in the tender documentation The contracting authority also wants to note that at the time of announcement there are some matters that will first be clarified during the process. All clarifications will be issued via NSB's procurement portal. ***** The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with one tenderer. Cover agreement: The entire delivery from the tenderer shall be based on an overriding agreement. SSA-K: Delivery and implementation of BaaS system based on the Norwegian Government Standard Contract for procurement of software and equipment (SSA-K). SSA-V: Maintenance of the BaaS system based on the Norwegian Government Standard Contract for maintenance and service of equipment and software (SSA-V). SSA-L: Delivery of interface between the BaaS system and Nettbuss based on the Norwegian Government's standard contract for ongoing service procurement over internet (SSA-L).
