Description
West Kent Housing Association (West Kent) wishes to procure contracts for the provision of cleaning services in West Kent owned blocks, a select number of Emerald communal lounges (including communal kitchens and toilets) and window cleaning for the blocks. NB — Emerald is the brand name for the accommodation service for over 55 years. The service is divided into 4 Lots. Further details of each of these Lots can be found in Annex B of the contract notice and PQQ. Its envisaged that the contracts will last for an initial 5 years with an option to extend for a further 3 years, at West Kent's sole discretion, giving a total potential term of 8 years.
