Description
The Council is seeking quotations from qualified suppliers for the provision, installation, and technical support of a battery energy storage system (BESS) to be used as part of a hybrid power solution for the seasonal ice rink located in Imperial Gardens. The battery system will work in conjunction with the mains electricity supply and a 200–300kVA generator. This document sets out the technical and operational requirements for the battery system, as well as expectations for support and delivery logistics. ## Contract award
