Předmětem bude celková oprava a modernizace kolesového rýpadla KU 800/12-R, formou „dodávky na klíč“. Jedná se o kolesové rýpadlo řady TC2, s kráčivým podvozkem a výsuvným kolesovým výložníkem s dopravní linkou šíře 2 000 mm a maximální teoretickou výkonností 5 800 m³. hod-1. V provozu je od července 1981, v roce 1996 prošlo 1. generální opravou a v roce 2003 proběhla rekonstrukce špičky kolesového výložníku a řídicího systému.
