London Borough of Hackney Asset Management Delivery department Construction Contractors Framework required to support the delivery of the Council’s AMD Capital programme in a suite of 3 lots: Lot 1 Mechanical; Lot 2 Electrical; Lot 3 Fabric Lot 1: Mechanical Heating, hot water and gas installations, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems Lot 2: Electrical EICR testing, electrical rewiring, installation of new power, lighting and control systems also electrical ventilation systems and fire related issues. Lot 3: Fabric Internal/external alterations, new-build, alterations/extensions, refurbishments, fit-outs, fabric work, and external works. This also includes Fire Alarm installation and fire remedial works.
