Provision of Legal Services

Description

The Association wishes to enter into a Term Contract with a single supplier who are suitably qualified and experienced in the provision of Legal Services for the Service Areas detailed below. The contractfor Legal Services will be for a 3-year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1-year periods solely at the Association discretion. 1: General Legal, Contractual, Procurement, Construction, Acquisitions & Property Conveyancing 2: Arrears Recovery (Rent & Factoring) 3: Housing and Estate Management which includes Factoring 4: Governance, Financial Management and Charity 5: Employment Law A single supplier with the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) for providing all the service listed above will be awarded to provide all the service provision listed above.
