Which phase the project is in Live Existing team ICS Staff (Digital Citizen Services team): The PSNI ICS staff are in charge of maintaining the PSNI website. From support contract, hosting and specialised elements such as online reporting within the PSNI website. Digital Hub: The PSNI's Digital Hub are responsible for the publishing content on the PSNI website using the Drupal powered Content Management System. Hosting provider (Node 4): Node 4 are the hosting providers of the PSNI website. Contractors for additional web hosted services: Endeavour Solutions/Stiona The PSNI website hosts numerous public facing services such as Online Reporting and Fixed Penalties. Endeavour and Stiona work closely with the Digital Citizen Services staff to develop and maintain these solutions. Address where the work will be done On site work is not required. However the addresses of the two PSNI team that work within the website are: PSNI Digital Citizen Services 42 Montgomery Road Belfast BT69DL PSNI Digital Hub 65 Knock Road Belfast BT56LD Working arrangements -Support suppliers must attend remote fortnightly meetings with PSNI representatives to discuss any ongoing support issues. Any variation in the frequency of these meetings must be agreed by both parties. -The support solution must include 1 day per month maintenance budget throughout the term of the contract and when not used will roll into the following month(s). -The support solution must include at least 2 strategic reviews per year. The objective is to put in place a 2 year contract with two 12 month optional extensions. The current support contract expires 15th August 2025. In order to ensure this continues to meet the requirements of, and deliver benefits for both the PSNI and the public, it is essential for us to secure high quality reliable support for this website. How many days of support does your current contract cover per month? 3. Are you open to increasing this if there is a valid business case? 4. Which version of Drupal are you using? 1. We are not in a position to be able to share budget. 2. As per Essential skills and experience requirement number 4. We require 1 day per month budget throughout the term of the contract to cover maintenance or associated website works and when not used roll into the following month(s). 3. Kind regards a) We have hold no preference or weighting towards a Northern Ireland located supplier. b&c) As per essential requirements; 2 strategic reviews required per year (essential requirement number 4) and suppliers attend fortnightly remote meetings with PSNI representatives to discuss any ongoing support issues?  Any variation in the frequency of these meetings must be agreed by both parties (essential requirement number 15) All meetings including those strategic meetings have no requirement to be in person on buyers site but if supplier would prefer, this can be facilitated on a ad-hoc basic.
