The services have been provided to the Authority by Derbyshire County Council, who have advised that if there is a transfer of the contract to another contractor there are affected employees who have employment rights under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006, and tenders should therefore be submitted on a TUPE basis.
