Multi-Party Framework Agreement 2025 for HSE West Health Region (IHA Galway/Roscommon and IHA Mayo): FW04 Acute Capital Works – Project Value €15M - €60M excluding VAT. Please note that the Initial Project forming Framework 04 for this region is as follows, Decanting of OPD services from University Hospital Galway to Merlin Park University Hospital. OPD (Phase 3) is proposed to be a 3-4 storey block, either to the north or west of the OPD Phase 1 and 2, with an interconnecting link and additional car parking. Each floor of OPD (Phase 3) will have fit for purpose consulting rooms, procedure rooms, treatment rooms and support services.
