Description

Provision of finance transformation support across Adults Social Care, Housing and Children's Social Care projects, including financial modelling, commercial analysis, development of cost assessment models, support with commissioning financial envelopes and delivery of financial and commercial expertise to progress key projects. Lot 1: The Council required specialist finance transformation support to deliver a range of priority projects across Adults Social Care, Housing and Children's Social Care. The procurement covers the provision of financial modelling, commercial analysis and the development of cost assessment models to support effective decision making and robust financial planning. The services include the preparation of commissioning financial envelopes, analysis of current and projected costs, and the delivery of financial and commercial expertise to progress key operational, commissioning and strategic transformation projects. The supplier will provide ongoing technical, financial and commercial support to ensure projects can be delivered to required standards, including activities relating to process improvement, financial sustainability, and support for service redesign and market engagement activity.
