Any price submitted at the closing date will be taken to be exclusive of VAT. - Prospective bidders should make their own enquiries to establish the availability of service connections for their proposed development. - Bidders should be mindful of the access arrangements which require to be put in place for the property at 175 Milton Street. No future deductions in the submitted price to cover this or any of the requirements detailed in the Design and Technical guidance note. - The closing date for offers is 19th Feb 2025. Any submission that does not meet the requirements detailed in these particulars could be excluded from the bid review process. Offers arriving after the closing date/time will not be considered. - All bidders must be registered with Public Contracts Scotland (https://www.publiccontractsscotland.gov.uk ) as a “Supplier” (this is a free service and can be concluded within 10 minutes of logging on to the site). Uploading and submitting of your bid must be completed by the final submission deadline. The Council will only accept bid submissions made via the Public Contracts Scotland Portal.
