CAP Agricultural Aid Check Based on Monitoring — High High Resolution Satellite (HHR) 'Time Stacks' Product or Service Access

Description

The object of this tender is to purchase such ‘time stacks’ i.e. a signal variation through time (temporal axis) either as a product in itself or through the access to a portal which allows extraction of the information for further use. The objective of this procurement is to provide access to such ‘time stacks’ more specifically a time series of observations for individual parcels where sentinels are ineffective for the CAP Controls by Monitoring. Each individual parcel will be represented by an ordered series of 8 point coordinates, spread within the parcel. The scenario is considering 10 000 parcels to be monitored.
