Development of an Innovative IT Tool to Make ESA 2010 an Interactive Experience (Phase 2)

Description

The objective of the contract is further develop a digital tool that will allow users to browse within ESA 2010 and between ESA 2010 and related relevant publications ‘from law to guidance’. The tool will reproduce the whole ESA 2010, including the transmission programme. Lot 1: The tasks for this second phase of the ESA interactive project are of two different types, ‘conceptual’ and ‘IT’. Reference for the conceptual tasks is the national accounts methodology as described in ESA 2010 and other relevant papers and manuals. References for the IT tasks are web application development and technologies such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Angular, RESTful services, MySQL, Spring Boot, Elastic search, JSON, JIRA/Confluence, User Experience design.
